Just trying to get healthy, and i seem to lose motivation when I workout and eat right, and everything is getting small but my belly. I want to be able to walk outside without a t-shirt this summer, and advice?
Well, for me the way i lost most my belly fat, was walkin but not just flat ground, up hils down hills, i’m not say to become a hiker but if you have near you. And also do not eat food high in calories or saturated fat, it will just go straight to the stomach, and also drink plenty of water. Hope this helps

I first have to ask how much water are you drinking. Water is essential to remove excess storage (body fat). Then i would have to tell you to find a partner to keep you motivated. That way you can push each other to get to your goal faster.
